Once we will have received your completed form, an RMA number will be sent to you by email. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to receive your RMA number. Once you have received your RMA number, please send us your light and all the accessories by indicating ‘’RMA’’ on your package followed by the number received, to:

Additional Information
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your RMA to be processed. A quote for repair or replacement costs will be provided. We will not proceed with any repairs until we receive your written approval.
If the breakage or problem is covered by the warranty, the cost of repairs and shipping to return your product to you is free.
If the breakdown is not covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement costs as well as the costs to return the product are at the customer’s expense.
