MY LIGHT DOESN'T LIGHT UP, WHAT CAN I DO?
Have you recharged your light recently?
If so, was the indicator light on the charger on?
Red: charging
Green: fully charged
If not, have you tried another electrical outlet?
CAUTION: If the charger is connected to the battery, the light CANNOT be lit.
Did you press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second?
TIP: You can disconnect and reconnect the connector (phone style) behind the light head. While doing so, check for corrosion on the connector and clean it if necessary.
If you have completed all of the above verifications, you may return your light and all of its components by filling out the RMA form and following the instructions provided. Shipping and repair charges may apply. Check the warranty terms for your light.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE MY LIGHT BATTERY?
For a 6-hourlight, allow about 5 hours of charging time.
For a 12-hour light, it will take about 10 hours to charge.
I’VE LOST MY CHARGER
You can purchase a new charger directly from our online store for $19.99 for a 120V charger and $29.99 for a 12V charger. Taxes and shipping fees apply.
WARNING: Do not use any other type of charger than the one that comes with your light.
I BROKE THE LIGHT CLIGHT
The clightmight be covered by the one (1) year limited warranty. To receive a new clight or replacement, fill out the RMA form and follow the instructions. Shipping charges may apply.
You can also order a set of replacement straps directly from our online store for $29.99. Taxes and shipping charges apply.
I BROKE THE GLASS ON MY LIGHT
The glass is not covered by the one (1) year limited warranty. We can replace the glass in our shop for $10. Fill out the RMA form and follow the instructions. Taxes and shipping charges apply.
THE CONNECTOR BEHIND THE LIGHT HEAD IS OXIDIZED
We can repair or replace the connector after an analysis of your light in our workshop. Fill out the RMA form and follow the instructions. Taxes and shipping charges apply.
IGNITION BUTTON MALFUNCTIONS
If the ignition button is softer than usual, it can be replaced. There are 2 ways to do this:
You can purchase a repair kit for $10.00 plus taxes and shipping directly from our online store. It is strongly advised to follow the instructions and warnings that will be attached to your repair kit.
You can have it repaired in our shop for $15.00 plus taxes and shipping by filling out the RMA form and following the instructions.
TIP: Be sure to hold down the center of the ignition button for at least 1 second. You will hear a slight click.
THE WIRE THAT CONNECTS THE BATTERY TO THE LIGHT IS DAMAGED, SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
DO NOT use your light anymore, this could be dangerous. To replace the wire, fill out the RMA form and follow the instructions. Taxes and shipping charges apply.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
If used properly without exaggeration, your battery will last between 600 and 1200 recharges.
After this number, the battery’s charge time may decrease to 80%.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
You can view the terms of our one (1) year limited warranty on our website or in the user manual you received with your light.
TIPS FOR AN OPTIMAL USE OF YOUR LIGHT
If you use your light in humid conditions, we recommend that you apply a dielectric grease a few times a year on the connector.
For a maximum maintenance of the battery condition, it is STRONGLY recommended to charge it 4 to 6 times a year if you do not use your light frequently.
NEVER charge your light at temperatures above -5°
Do not leave your light in very cold or very high temperatures, such as in a car.
Always use the charger that came with your light.
